JCFS BOOTCAMP FOR MOTHERS*t


Ready to get back into shape after giving birth?  JCFS has designed a boot camp that is perfect for you. Not only do you not need to worry about the hassles of finding a baby sitter (bring the little one along, we’ll have someone on location to help out if needed), you can also meet and get to know other new mum’s and get back in to shape at the same time.

Days: Monday’s and Wednesdays (morning tea provided after each session)

Time: 9:30am sharp (until approx 10:30/10:45am)

Cost:
  • "Sign Up" - 4 weeks, 8 sessions - $224 ($28 per session)
  • "Enlistment" - 8weeks, 16 sessions - $416 ($26 per session)

What JCFS will bring/provide/offer

What you need to bring

  • Determination and a "can do" attitude
  • Sense of adventure
  • Your baby/Toddler (min 6 weeks old, max 4 years old)
  • Comfortable workout gear
  • Appropriate workout shoes
  • A good joke
  • A towel
  • Your JCF drink bottle

What is expected of you

  • Please be on-time.  There will be penalties (be prepared to train hard) to your group if late without notice or no show at all.
  • Notify us if you are going to be late or unable to make it to a sessions.
  • Be prepared for anything.
  • Pay attention to instructor when ever he/she is talking.  Interrupting the instructor means penalties to your team.
  • To give 100% at all times.  

Conditions for all programs

  • One off $30 program fee.  This applies to all JCFS fitness programs.  It includes periodic fitness testing
  • No casual sessions for any programs, except Personal Training sessions 
  • We do understand that things come up and you maybe unable to make a session, but please understand we run our programs in 4 week blocks, and there is no opportunity to 'make up' missed sessions.
  • Refunds - once a boot camp program has started we are unable to offer a refund.

Enquire about making your own group.  Flexible times and locations are available and programs can start at any time during the month.
