Kick start your week and your mornings at “Boot Camp” with JCFS.    Boot camp at JCFS has been designed to suite everyone, regardless of your shape, size or current fitness level.  Together we can help you to loose weight, tone up, increase your strength and endurance, and to take your fitness to a whole new level.

Days: Monday’s, Wednesdays and Fridays (on Friday’s we’ll provide a light breakfast)


Time: 6:00am sharp (until approx 7:00/7:15am)

Cost:
  • "Sign Up" - 4 weeks, 12 sessions - $246 ($20.50 per session)
  • "Enlistment" - 8 weeks, 24 sessions - $444 ($18.50 per session)
  • "Tour of Duty" - 12 weeks, 36 sessions - $594 ($16.50 per session)

What you need to bring

  • Determination and a "can do" attitude

What is expected of you

  • Please be on-time.  There will be penalties (be prepared to train hard) to your group if late without notice or no show at all.
  • Notify us if you are going to be late or unable to make it to a sessions.
  • Be prepared for anything.
  • Pay attention to instructor when ever he/she is talking.  Interrupting the instructor means penalties to your team.
  • To give 100% at all times.  

Conditions for all programs

  • One off $30 program fee.  This applies to all JCFS fitness programs.  It includes periodic fitness testing
  • No casual sessions for any programs, except Personal Training sessions 
  • We do understand that things come up and you maybe unable to make a session, but please understand we run our programs in 4 week blocks, and there is no opportunity to 'make up' missed sessions.
  • Refunds - once a boot camp program has started we are unable to offer a refund.

Times don't suite?

Enquire about making your own group.  Flexible times and locations are available and programs can start at any time during the month.
